Whole-House Repiping in Orange County, CA

Pinhole leaks popping up one after another? Rusty water, weak pressure, pipes from another era? We repipe the whole house in copper or PEX — planned around your life, done clean, and built to outlast the pipes coming out.

Signs your house is telling you to repipe

One leak is a repair. A pattern of them means the piping itself is at the end of its life — and Orange County has plenty of homes still running on original galvanized lines. Call us if you're seeing:

  • Pinhole leaks that keep appearing in different spots
  • Rusty or brown water, especially first thing in the morning
  • Low water pressure that's slowly gotten worse over the years
  • Galvanized steel pipes original to the home
  • Visible corrosion or mineral crust on exposed pipes
  • You've honestly stopped counting the leak repairs

Copper or PEX — we'll tell you straight

Both are proven materials, and the right pick depends on your home, not on what's easiest for us:

  • Copper — rigid, time-tested, and handles heat and exposed runs well
  • PEX — flexible, fewer joints, quieter, and needs less wall access to route
  • Either way: quality fittings, insulated where it should be, and the tradeoffs explained before you decide

How a whole-house repipe works

  • We walk the house and map every fixture before you get a price
  • Access openings are kept as small as possible — and you know where they'll be beforehand
  • New lines are run and pressure-tested before anything gets closed up
  • Permits and inspection handled where required
  • The work is planned so you're not left without water any longer than necessary

Honest, upfront pricing before any work starts. Call (714) 587-5801 or text us a photo of the problem — we'll get you a clear answer fast.

Repiping questions

How long does a whole-house repipe take?
It depends on the size of the home and how many fixtures we're feeding. We walk the house first and give you a real timeline before work starts — and we plan the job so you're not left without water any longer than necessary.
Should I repipe or just keep fixing leaks?
If it's one bad section, a repair is the honest answer. But when pinhole leaks keep showing up in different spots, you're paying repair prices for a system that's failing everywhere. We'll look at the pipe and tell you straight which side of that line you're on.
Is PEX as good as copper?
Both are proven when installed right. PEX is flexible, has fewer joints, and needs less wall access; copper is rigid, time-tested, and great for exposed runs. We recommend based on your home and budget — not on what's easiest for us.
How much of my walls will you open up?
As little as possible. We plan the routing to minimize access openings, tell you exactly where they'll be before work starts, and walk you through how the patching gets handled — no surprise holes.
