Why does my toilet keep running?
Usually a worn flapper or fill valve letting water sneak from the tank into the bowl. It's one of the simplest plumbing problems to fix and one of the most wasteful to ignore — we can usually sort it in a single visit.
There's water around the base of my toilet — is that serious?
Treat it seriously. It's often a failed wax ring, which means every flush may be seeping under your flooring. Stop using that toilet and call us — a new seal is a quick job; a rotted subfloor is not.
My toilet clogs constantly. Do I need a new toilet?
